Sabi Sand Game Reserve borders the famous Kruger National Park and as there are no fences, there is an excellent chance of spotting ‘The Big Five’ – lion, buffalo, elephant, rhino and even leopard if you are lucky. Precautions against malaria are necessary.

Accommodation

Four exclusive and elegant camps all offering a different term of ambience Tree, Pioneer, Varty and Founders all with bomas and leisure decks. The extra private six-bed Granite Suites nestled on the banks of the Sand River, are hidden from view in the dense riverine forest. Stylish rooms and expansive timber decks provide unobstructed views of river life while also ensuring total privacy.

The 6 elegant suites at Tree Camp, 2 suites and 8 chalets at Varty Camp and the superb suites of Granite all feature private swimming pools. Founders and Pioneer have 5 chalets and 6 suites respectively. Children four years and older are welcome at Varty and Founders Camps.

Every ingredient is chosen with care, favouring organic produce, free range game and herbs from the kitchen garden to create dishes that are irresistibly delicious and promote health.

All activities at Londolozi are customised, ensuring that every guest is able to enjoy their optimal balance of rest and play.

Londolozi has arguably the best game viewing in all the Sabi Sands. There are two scheduled drives – dawn and dusk – at the best times to view game on the move. Exploring on foot (in the company of a ranger) is really encouraged as a means of truly engaging in the natural environment.

The Londolozi Cub and Future Nature Bush School programmes will open up the magic of the wilderness for your children. Cubs is available at no extra charge for children under the age of 10.
