Overview

Generally considered one of the most outstanding and relaxed ‘barefoot luxury’ resorts in the world, Six Senses Resorts & Spas have recently taken over management of the property.

Days are spent snorkelling, scuba-diving at the PADI Five-Star Gold dive centre or sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, while excursions and picnics can also be arranged.

All Inclusive

The resort's 'All Inclusive' policy means you rarely have the need to spend whilst in residence except perhaps for fine wine and Champagne or for personal items purchased from the Boutique.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner are included daily in addition to unlimited open bars and a choice of imported house wines with all meals.

Accommodation

The twelve spacious beach villas or bures (pronounced 'boo-rays') enjoy easy access to the water, each with its stretch of white sand. Twelve doors open to an expansive terrace; the bures are around 50m apart and are set in natural jungle, allowing privacy.

The most remote of the bures, the Grand Bure is noted for its extreme privacy and architectural detailing. Vale Viqi gives you 1960sq ft of exclusive space plus a private courtyard/deck. Including two indoor showers, two outdoor showers, a cosy dining area and plunge pool, the villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage with easy beach access. Full time staff reside nearby; electric cart are available.

The Point is the premium bure with a commanding view of the lagoon and entire beach. It has two levels, with air conditioning and two pools, not to mention permanent staff assigned on a full-time basis. This bure is ideally suited to high profile guests seeking privacy.

Recreation

The quality of the scuba diving sites at Vatulele has been one of the South Pacific's well-kept secrets for many years, and only recently has it been revealed as one of the premier dive destinations in the region. Vatulele is the only five-star island resort in Fiji with a PADI Golden Palm status dive facility and resident instructors.
