Overview

This is a small, intimate riad that offers an oasis of calm in Marrakech's busy medina. The riad was originally built to house the architect of Bahia Palace whilst he created his masterpiece. Maintaining several of its original features, the Angsana Riad Aida is lavishly decorated and is ideally located adjacent to the Bahia Palace, whose courtyard it overlooks.

Accommodation

At the time of construction, Angsana Riad Aida formed part of the palace quarters and therefore shares with Bahia Palace the distinctive decorative elements of magnificent ceiling painted woodwork.

The riad comprises three superior rooms, two deluxe rooms and one suite with corridor/patio view; all decorated in traditional earthy tones. Angsana Riad Aida offers a living and dining area and a tranquil terrace for relaxation.

Restaurants & Bars

At Angsana Riad Aida, dining can be enjoyed in various areas around the riad, including the courtyard, living room or rooftop terrace. The menu is a perfect blend of Moroccan, Asian and European cuisine. Room service is also available. All dishes are served using locally sourced ingredients and a set three course meal is available daily for guests in the evening.

The main restaurant of the Riad is Angsana Bab Firadus' main restaurant, which is open to guests staying at any of the Angsana Riads.

Recreation

After a long day experiencing the delights of Marrakech, guests can choose to relax or revive with a spa treatment. Spa facilities are available, including a spa tent for couples offering a range of treatments, on the the rooftop terrace.
