Il San Pietro is an architectural wonder, appearing to have been carved out of the jagged cliffs of the Amalfi coastline, just outside Positano. The brainchild of the late Carlo Cinque, it is now run by his niece Virginia and her two sons, Carlo and Vito, its decor beautifully conceived to complement the idyllic natural surroundings.
