The Excelsior Vittoria is a historic grand hotel made up of three different buildings built between 1834 and 1880. It is thanks to this unique location, that the hotel offers a variety of different room types. Nearly all the rooms have a veranda or terrace overlooking either the Gulf of Naples or the orange orchard surrounding the hotel.
Each of the suites has its own history, often made by the passing of the many celebrities, such as Princess Margaret, who have stayed in the romantic backdrop of the Sorrento peninsula. Some have sweeping terraces overlooking the sea, whilst others offer the tranquillity of a large garden.

The cuisine at Vittoria is an expert blend of seasonal flavours and fragrances. The many tempting dishes, ranging from local Campania specialities to haute cuisine, can be relished in either the monumental Vittoria dining room where you can enjoy a delightful lunch under the vaults of a majestic frescoed ceiling, or in the summer on the open-air Bosquet terrace overlooking the Gulf, from where you can glimpse the mauve shades of Vesuvius.
