Accommodation
A collection of suites, each Infinity Pool Sanctuary has a dramatic personality of its own, with a unique layout, furnishings and fittings. These are grand, sweeping spaces, in which bedroom, living room and infinity-edge pool segue into each other. One entire wall is missing, opening up the suite into the landscape.
The resort is deliberately technology-free – there are no telephones, radio or television, although internet access is available at reception.
Restaurants & Bars
Jade Mountain Club is located on the very top of Jade Mountain - a serene, wide open space divided into a dining and bar section by the communal pool in the centre. The Jade Mountain Club serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and also offers an a la carte menu throughout.
Jade Mountain guests can also dine at the restaurants of Anse Chastanet Resort. At Anse Chastenet's Piti Piton and Treehouse restaurant, the culinary team celebrates award-winning tropical world cuisine, blending Caribbean cuisine with other world cuisine experiences, from French to Mediterranean and from fusion to new world cuisine. Part of the Piton Restaurant is the Treehouse, where diners are seated in an open-air area amidst treetops as the name suggests.
The two bars at Piti Piton restaurant and the Trou au Diable beach restaurant are open daily and offer a wide selection of tropical cocktails, beers, liquor including also fine malt whiskeys, eau-de-vies and after dinner drinks.
Recreation
Being situated in the southern part of the island, major sightseeing attractions such as the rainforest, Botanical Gardens, drive-in volcano and sulphur springs are all within easy reach. There are deep sea fishing excursions, boat shopping trips to the capital and hiking tours up Gros Piton mountain, to name just a few.
Jade Mountain guests can enjoy the resort facilities at Anse Chastenet which include two soft sand beaches, snorkelling and scuba diving, a PADI Gold Palm scuba centre with full diving programme, mountain biking, ocean kayaking, watersports, tennis, day and sunset sailing on the resort's yacht and daily escorted walks and hikes.
Spa
Guests at Jade Mountain can choose from a carefully selected menu of spa treatments available in the privacy of their sanctuary.
The Kai Belte spa located on the Anse Chastanet beach and the Kai Mer spa cottage are available to Jade Mountain guests at any time, and offer both classical body and beauty treatments, as well as ayurvedic and holistic services.
