The resort’s main restaurant, Tamara’s, serves ‘new wave’ Caribbean cuisine in an elegant yet casual atmosphere overlooking the Caribbean Sea, while Bacchanal’s Bistro provides an informal setting with its multi-level wooden decks beside the beach.

Bobsters is an intimate champagne bar nestled between Tamara's and the hotel lobby, and is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner champagne cocktail. Bobsters' unique architecture of undulating walls features original murals of the Caribbean's most famous entertainers.

Recreation

Recreational facilities for those in need of some time away from the glorious beach include tennis courts, a well-equipped gym and spa with sun deck. Horse riding and golf are also readily available nearby.

Giant leatherback turtle-watching is possible in season.
