The member of Relais & Chateaux is an elegant yet unassuming escape that can only be accessed from the sea.

So off-the-beaten-track it could almost be a private island, Biras Creek sits on the northern end of Virgin Gorda and consists of 140 acres of vegetation-covered hills strewn with nature trails and flanked by white sand beaches. The 31-suite resort blends in beautifully with this natural landscape, its central facilities focused upon a hill-top stone castle, its guest quarters hidden away amidst cottages close to the shoreline.

All thirty-three suites are located along Berchers Bay on the Atlantic side of the 140 acre estate and feature a sitting room, separate air-conditioned bedroom, outdoor showers, furnished verandah and bicycles for touring the property.

Ocean & Garden Suites each have iHome Players while Grand & Premier Suites also have Bose iPod Sound Docks and Sony LCD TV & DVD players.

Three interconnecting suites are available to make two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites.

Restaurants & Bars

Evenings take on an elegant and romantic ambience; fine wines and candlelight enhancing the delicious dinners of the hill-top Stone Castle. The Restaurant is the highest point of the resort and has stunning vistas and views of the Atlantic and Caribbean Sea.

For the ultimate dining experience, the newly opened Private Dining Room is perfect for any special occasion. The Private Dining Room requires advance booking, can accommodate groups of 2 to 14 and is air conditioned.

Recreation

Daytimes centre upon Deep Bay beach, where guests can avail themselves of the Hobie Cats, windsurfers and Boston Whalers, perhaps indulging in a spot of independent island-hopping throughout the North Sound. Other recreational possibilities include a swimming pool and tennis courts.

The ‘Spa by the Sea’ features therapeutic Decleor treatments for that extra bit of pampering during your stay.
