Set on the hillside just 50 feet from pale pink coral sand and naturally shaded by woodland, this is an ideal getaway for those seeking privacy and seclusion. All three of the villa’s en-suite bedrooms offer verandahs and air-conditioning. As well as its own TV and games room, Simplicity offers elegantly furnished living and dining areas which are situated just off the courtyard. Outside is a private garden with an orchard, a large pool with sundeck and pergola and a terrace where breathtaking panoramic sea views towards Rabbit Island can be enjoyed. Features include ceiling fans, broadband access, telephone, fax, CD player and a television. The dedicated household

staff includes a full-time cook, maid and gardener. An excellent range of activities on the island includes watersports, diving, sailing trips, tennis, horse-riding and a unique fitness trail whilst the pristine beach at Simplicity Bay is just a short walk through the shady palms. A vehicle is provided to explore the many wonders of this extraordinary island.
