A 15-acre hideaway that used to be the home of writer Ian Fleming and where the James Bond novels were written.

Choose between the writer’s original house, forest-shaded villas or the entire property! All of the accommodation is airy, romantic and tropical, the main house boasting three bedrooms, a private cinema and swimming pool.

The entire estate is conducive to relaxation and romance, but for those seeking more action, there is a floodlit tennis court and a private beach for water sports.

Accommodation

The three bedroom Fleming House is the original building where Ian Fleming wrote seventeen of his Bond books.

Villas 1, 2 & 3 each have the corresponding number of bedrooms; Villa 1 Honeychile, Villa 2 - Tiffany Case and Domino and Villa 3 - Romanov, Solitaire and Vesper.

Royal Palm is a magnificent waterfront villa where each of the three bedrooms are their own spacious building, as well as a private cinema and swimming pool.

All of the accommodation is airy, romantic and tropical.

Restaurants & Bars

Goldeneye serves traditional Jamaican cuisine, which is a melding of cultures and influences. Menus are created using market fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables; fresh fish and lobster are purchased daily from local fishermen; janga or freshwater crayfish are caught in nearby rivers. The Jerk chicken and pork are island classics.

Meals are served in the Gazebo overlooking the lagoon and the beautiful Caribbean Sea, or in the privacy of your villa upon request.

The Fleming House has a wonderful series of dining locations, by the poolside, under the Almonds and around the house and entertainment room. The Fleming staff are on hand for advise on food to buy and menus to create. Request your favourite foods or just sit back and be pampered.

Recreation

Water sports are high on most guests' agendas, and range from kayaking and snorkelling to jet skiing. Jet ski safaris, guided kayak tours, guided snorkelling tours and scuba diving are also available. Master the basic techniques of windsurfing and sailing with an experienced Goldeneye instructor. Serious deep-sea fishing or hand line and pole fishing excursions with local fishermen can be arranged.

For those in need of relaxation, a variety of soothing and restorative massages are available either in the comfort of your villa or the tranquility of the garden.
