This ‘Small Luxury Hotel of the World’ has always been a charming tropical retreat, yet over the years it has acquired an added sense of style that still manages to dovetail perfectly with its oceanfront setting on the west coast of Barbados.

Sandpiper’s luxurious accommodation is beautifully appointed and has benefited from recent upgrades.
Also available are two outstandingly designed Tree Top Suites with their own plunge pools. All accommodation has a private veranda, whilst one and two bedroom suites feature a sitting room and well equipped kitchen.
Restaurants & Bars
The restaurant at the Sandpiper is renowned as being one of the finest on the island and the cuisine rates very highly, having won numerous awards. It has a West Indian theme with a limed vaulted ceiling, koi ponds and chunky trellis.
Guests can enjoy cool tropical drinks in a poolside setting at the Lounge, where there is a tastefully designed bar with a Ralph Lauren inspired theme in cool blues and whites.
Recreation
Tennis courts (with free coaching in the winter season), a fitness centre and complimentary water sports including water-skiing provide plenty of recreational amusement throughout the day.
Guests can play golf at the Tom Fazio designed Sandy Lane golf course and also have access to the exclusive Robert Trent Jones Jnr. designed golf course - the Royal Westmoreland.
